|How do pre-orders work?
|What if I want to add items to my order but I already checked out?
We will provide easy pre-orders for products coming out during the coming months. Place an order and you will secure your spot for that item!
Items will arrive to our shop up to 7 weeks after the month of release (with no delays). Items will begin to ship out once received!
If you have more than one pre-order for different months in the same order, your order will be sent all together when the final item(s) arrive.
If multiple pre-orders come in one shipment, we will ship them together and refund any extra shipping!
If your order hasn't been shipped, you can use the code "COMBINESHIP" to combine orders. Please make sure it is to the same name and address to be combined.
If this code is used at any other time, your order will be subject to cancellation.

Is your merchandise actually official?
|Please refer to the tracking number sent to you after your purchase. After the package is sent out, we have no control over it!
|Yes! We order official items only and will not sell unofficial or bootleg items. All products will have copyright on either the tag, packaging, or direct item!
