We are going to be removing the untracked envelope shipping option.
We have been having issues with this option due to it taking a longer time to arrive than normal tracked packages. We have been receiving an increasing amount of concerns that order have or will not arrive or some that truly did never arrive. It is a risk that you take when selecting this option as it is not insured.
Therefore, we have made the decision to remove it as an option altogether. All small paper goods will now require tracking as all other goods do.
