All packages are sent through USPS. Processing times is up to 5 business days and does not include holidays/weekends. Weather delays are possible.

Shipping addresses can be changed up until an item is shipped. You can change this on the order confirmation page.

If an item is returned-to-sender due to insufficient address when you input your address at checkout, it can be re-shipped. Shipping will need to be paid again to have it re-shipped.

• If the mistake is on our part, we can re-ship at no charge.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Neiroh Sells is NOT responsible for taxes or duties charged by your country. 

• The international shipping options do not include insurance. If a package is lost and not insured, the order cannot be refunded. Tracking may also stop at the borders for many countries due to their postal service but will still be delivered. Insurance can be added as an extra charge, please contact us.

Packaging materials are reused when possible to help reduce waste, so you may receive boxes with other branding on the outside.

If you would like to add insurance or additional insurance to your package, you can purchase protection here.

Every $1 will cover $100 but will not stack on top of built-in insurance. 

For Domestic Shipments: USPS includes $100 insurance for all package types. To have more than $100 in insurance, you will need to purchase 2 or more to cover $200+ since it does not stack with the included insurance. 

For International Shipments: Only USPS Priority International shipments include insurance up to $200. First Class Package International and Simple Export Rate do not include insurance. There is a maximum limit of $400 worth of insurance for international packages.
