Refund policy

Due to Neiroh Sells being a single-person-run store, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are not accepted on items once they have been shipped and received by you. 

I sell at in-person conventions so items may no longer be available if they were not archived fast enough but they will be refunded. The rest of the order will go through if other items are in your order and still available. 

PRE-ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER 24 HOURS.

In-stock orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

Refunds can be given under these circumstances:

  • Items were damaged in transit. (Please note: if purchasing pre-owned goods, there may already be flaws. If there is additonal damage, refunds can be given)
  • Items were returned to sender by the post office due to insufficient address and you do not want them re-shipped.

If a package is marked delivered but has not been received, please call your local post office.  All USPS packages when scanned are GPS tagged and they may be able to tell you what happened and if it can be re-delivered. If the package was stolen, refunds are not offered on it. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - I cannot issue a refund for orders seized, destroyed, or lost by customs unless it is returned to sender undamaged. A refund will be issued for the item price only, shipping cannot be refunded.
